Arbor Capital Management was founded in 1995. Mr. Cole & Mr. McGowan each have over 25 years in the investment industry

2. What is the total amount Arbor Capital Manages?
Approximately $369 million as of 12/31/2006.

3. How many offices do you have?
Three. Arbor Capital Management is located in Amherst, NY. Arbor Capital Management L.C. is in Jupiter, FL and Naples, FL.

4. How large is your staff?
There are ten professionals and staff in our New York and Florida offices.

5. How many relationships do you manage?
Approximately 120 relationships with over 250 accounts. Our clients live in New York, Florida and 10 other states.

6. What is your investment philosophy and style?
Our investment philosophy is providing clients with superior total returns over complete market cycles with lower than average risk. Our investment style is conservative growth.

7. Do you buy individual securities or mutual funds in our account?
We buy individual securities in our portfolios valued at over $250,000. Mutual funds are used in 401(k) plans or if separately requested.

8. Do you commingle funds or have your own mutual funds?
No.

9. Are you a broker or brokerage firm? Also who holds my assets (and where)?
No we are not brokers. An outside custodian holds your assets. You may choose your own custodian. We do not receive commissions or fees derived from any security transaction in your account.

10. Are you insured?
Yes, in addition to statutory and commercial liability policies, we also have Investment Counselors, Errors & Omissions and Fiduciary Liability policies.

11. How do you charge – commissions, fees, or both?
We are completely fee based. Our fee is based on assets managed. This puts us on the same side of the table with you. Our interests are completely unbiased, and focused wholly on your success.
